We Can Worldwide is a team of development specialists, dedicated to assist communities confronting food, health, financial, climate and energy crises, with a focus on the social, economic and natural environment. We were established in 2011, are based in the Washington DC area and work worldwide.

We Can Worldwide promotes a sustainable culture of coexistence with our natural environment and each other.

Our Objectives

To support people, communities, and their localities to build more self-reliant local economies, to meet their needs in food, products, energy, health, shelter and basic services of all people. To facilitate equitable access and opportunity for all people to be active agents in determining their own future.

 Our Approach

We work in collaboration with communities to understand each specific context and identify local needs; we undertake supportive actions such as training, research, creating networks with both cross-communities and the private sector, jointly identifying and developing local economic, social and infrastructure projects and providing support in negotiating legal, regulatory and funding requirements with governments, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
